The marketplace supports estate sales and yard sales. Public results include organizer-published listings and reviewed external listings that remain active and eligible for search.

This Weekend uses America/Los_Angeles time. Monday through Thursday selects the upcoming Friday through Sunday. Friday selects Friday through Sunday. Saturday selects Saturday through Sunday. Sunday selects Sunday only.

A seller chooses an exact address, an approximate location, or a location hidden until the sale starts. Public cards, details, and map behavior must honor that choice.

Create an account, complete the required organizer name and private contact details, then start your event and work through Details, Schedule, Address and privacy, Photos, and Review and payment. Verify your email before approval and payment. Phone and website are optional.

You can upload and manage photos while building an unverified draft. A photo is treated as saved after processing finishes, and the listing needs a selected cover before review.

A material change creates a new listing revision. The new revision must be previewed and approved again before it can proceed through the existing payment and publication rules.

Payment is available after the current listing revision is complete and approved. A checkout return alone does not confirm publication. The dashboard shows the authoritative payment and publication status.

Yes. You can cancel your published event from your dashboard. The public listing is removed and its uploaded photos are scheduled for permanent removal. Listing fees are non-refundable, including when you cancel an event. Your payment and publication records are retained.

No. The platform listing workflow and Simply Decorated professional estate-sale services are separate. Professional help with organizing, pricing, staging, and promotion is not included in platform checkout.
